  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not offered once the itinerary has been delivered
  • If you haven’t received your itinerary within the promised timeframe, contact us for immediate assistance

Quality Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our itineraries
  • If your itinerary contains significant errors or omissions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for corrections
  • Minor adjustments and updates can be requested within 7 days of delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled with full refund before work begins on your itinerary
  • Once we start creating your personalized itinerary, a 50% cancellation fee applies
  • No refunds after delivery
